LATINOPLAST, Latin-American  Fair of the Plastics Industry , and FIPACK, International Packaging Fair , took place in Porto Alegre, Brazil, from 12 to 16 of September, 2000.

With the presence of 110 exhibitors belonging to the sectors of Raw Material, Machinery and Equipment, Services, Tool and Die, LATINOPLAST received visitors from all over Brazil as well as from other South American and European Countries, according to the Fair's organizers.

Plassoft Tecnologia Ltda. was also present at LATINOPLAST, exhibiting InjePro- Interactive Training Software in Plastics Injection Molding (booth 278). During the fair, many visitors got in touch with Plassoft, with the aim of licensing InjePro for the training of personnel in their companies.

Contact was also made with several local universities and technical schools, which intend to use InjePro in their regular courses on Plastics Technology and Processing.
